Tee Time Booking & Billing Policy

To ensure tee time availability and provide the best experience for all golfers, the following booking and cancellation policies apply:

Tee Time Deposit

A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your tee time.

Cancellations

• Tee times canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled tee time will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Tee times canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time are non-refundable. A raincheck equal to the value of the deposit will be issued for future play.

Rainchecks

• Rainchecks are valid only during the current golf season.
• Rainchecks do not carry over to future golf seasons and have no cash value.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled tee time without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No refund or raincheck will be issued for no-show reservations.

Waumbek Golf Members: To avoid unnecessary charges, please book all tee times through the Member Portal. Reservations made through the public booking portal may be subject to applicable tee time deposits and charges.
